Ate some chinese food after my night out last night. Not dwelling on it. buttt I am having issues trying NOT to eat everrrrything right now. gah.

That was the longest I’ve ever run. It took me about 60 minutes (obviously I took breaks- walked on an incline for a bit, sprinted here and there) but I am so determined to reduce my time.
I’m starting a new strength training routine on Monday and I cannot waiiiit to be sore in places I’ve never been sore before.
progress, progress, progress. I think I might be nearing gym rat status.

Ugh, you suck.
I had my blood test this morning so I left the house without eating breakfast, which definitely threw me off. For some reason, I felt like I needed tons of cereal & almond milk even after I ate my usual bowl of oatmeal. Whatever. No big deal.
I have a soccer game tonight and then I will be hitting the gym 100% tomorrow morning for some weights. I’m excited! Definitely kicking it up a few notches for the next ~3weeks. Gotta be as ready for summer activities as I can be!
